Thank you for visiting my website.  Some pages are still in progress but on this date of 17th May 2026 around 6:00pm I am publishing my website and will continue improving it over time.  ​​

The idea came during the 2026 middle east war, a challenging year in life and work. With every words I type and with every dishes I cook no matter how simple, it feels like I am contributing something helpful.

​

In my website, I am sharing food recipe I make at home on a normal day as well as Filipino family special dishes as a tradition including food's origin and relation to Philippine culture and cuisine.  

​

Aside from sharing recipes, I will be posting blogs that is helpful for one's daily life. Housekeeping and organizing to name a few.

​

​My name is Grachelle, some calls me Gi or GG. I like it Grachelle. I am a Filipina, turned 50 yrs old this year of 2026.  An aunt of 3  good  girls and 1 good dog.

A Scholastican, with a bachelors degree in BS Psychology and BS Commerce major in entrepreneurial management.  I never get to practice either as life has led me to a different path but it never left my mind.  During COVID, I took a training course on Life Coaching although I have no practise yet. Being an Entrepreneur is something I am thinking of doing too someday.​​​

I am currently employed as a Program Manager for an International company in the middle east. I've been in the company for 18 years on this year of 2026.
